Our Easter Fun Day in Abingdon to support Oxfordshire’s children.

On Tuesday 4th April we held a morning of Easter fun, kindly hosted by our fundraising partner Starbucks store in Abingdon.

Our whole HQ team were in store from 10am, bunny ears on display, handing out craft sheets and colouring to children, and sharing our puppets and musical instruments to families to play with in the April sunshine.

We ran our Easter tombola with some great prizes which were kindly donated to us by AbingdonExtra and of course there was plenty of coffee on offer from our friends at Starbucks alongside their lovely hamper prize which was on offer as part of our #giveitthebeans competition which had been running in store for the previous 2 weeks.

Our lucky competition winner, with an amazing guess of 3112 beans was Harry. The total number of beans in the jar we were reliably told was 1320! Thank you to colleagues at Starbucks for hand counting these for us!!

Thank you to everyone who came along and took part in the fun. We raised an amazing £210 on the day and gave away some lovely prizes to the Abingdon community.
