I am a HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist based in Berkshire. Art Therapy uses art as a means to express feelings alongside talking with a qualified therapist. Art Therapy can help us to find our strengths and tell a new story, in addition to offering a holistic approach to processing challenging or traumatic experiences.
My experience has included working with children and families in CAMHS, residential settings, and education. I currently work in schools with children and young people who have disabilities and use a child-led, trauma-informed approach that is suited to the needs of the person. I enjoy using various mediums, such as drawing, modelling, and storytelling, to gently support young people to explore creativity in their own way and at their own pace.
